Bryan Bauman , CEO and Founder of Marketing Strategies Team worked for and with Y2Marketing (now known as Monopolize Your Marketplace LLC). As a close personal friend of Rich Harshaw, Bryan was crucial to the overall success of the Y2Marketing entity in the following arenas - Recruitment of Master Consulting Agents (Licensee's Of The Monopolize Your Marketplace System), New Client Acquisition, Information Technology (Website, IT Department Management, Email Newsletter Management) And Inside Consulting Projects. During these few years Bryan wore various hats but rose within the entity to Vice President Of Inside Consulting And Director Of Information Technology.

In the early months of 2003, Y2Marketing's success with both recruiting (over 1200 Licensed Agents across the United States and Canada) as well as implementing the Monopolize Your Marketplace marketing and advertising system came to a cross roads. Due to 2 Executive resignations, poor financial systems and direct and calculated competition from one of the former executives - Y2Marketing collapsed in a matter of 3-4 months. This once monolith of business development and marketing services was brought to its knees and nothing short of rebirth and innovation were required to continue the once grand vision.

6 months after the decline of Y2Marketing, the entity Monopolize Your Marketplace was born. This entity had 3 functioning partners (Rich Harshaw, Bryan Bauman and Dan Billings) worked to re-create the previous Y2Marketing success. At this time Marketing Strategies Team (Bryan Bauman and Rich Harshaw as partners) began rapid growth. The focus of Monopolize Your Marketplace was training and specific industry development while the focus of Marketing Strategies Team was 1 to 1 consulting as well as fulfillment services like graphic design, web development, list procurement search engine optimization and others.

In the years that followed MST successfully created industry marketing programs based on Monopolize Your Marketplace for Urgent Care Clinics, Physical Therapy Clinics, Gutter Protection Contractors, Windows and Siding Contractors, Roofing Contractors and Pool Builders. During this period Monopolize Your Marketplace systems created and implemented by Marketing Strategies Team  in several large corporations like Dell, Caterpillar and McDonalds as well as innumerable 2-50 Million dollar privately held companies.

In August of 2007, Bryan Bauman and shortly thereafter Dan Billings left Monopolize Your Marketplace to pursue separate ventures. Marketing Strategies Team still works very closely with MYM and Rich Harshaw to build the MYM brand and help each others entities be successful.
